HEAT-ACTIVATED ADHESIVE!

Desmokol SAR 306 is a one-component polyurethane adhesive with good high-temperature resistance and fast initial bond.

  Suitable for:
  GLUING LEATHER, SBR RUBBERS - TPR - PU - PVC - ABS - PA ETC.

USE:

– Apply adhesive to properly prepared surfaces (cleaned and roughened if necessary)
– leave to dry for 15-20 minutes at room temperature
– Then reactivate at 70 - 80 °C
– and join immediately and press at 4 - 6 kg/cm2 for 10 seconds
– full bond strength after 24 hours
all materials, especially recommended for difficult substrates such as SBR -
TPR - PVC - PU - PA - ABS rubbers, greased leathers, HYTREL etc.
Notes: the adhesive should be used at temperatures of at least 18°, if the material has been stored in a cold environment.
